Personalized, online evaluations with follow up phone conversations are available for families in CO. You will receive a standard, signed PDF form, a copy of completed online forms, as well as teaching credentials for your records. Accommodations are available for non verbal students.

Several options are available for students in Florida. Phone evaluations require all documents, work samples, and logs to be sent via  email by 9pm on the evening prior to our scheduled phone call. I will review independently and call to chat briefly with your child. This call is typically no longer than 5-10 minutes. I also have a drop-off cabinet in front of our home for families that live near us and who prefer to drop off physical binders or work samples. In-person evaluations in Lakeland are also available and take approximately 30-45 mins.

Families in New Hampshire have the option of having their portfolios evaluated online through email and completing a provided online form. You will schedule your follow-up phone call and complete the emailed form by 9pm the evening  prior to our call. You will also be emailed the portfolio form to complete after you schedule your call date and time. The student phone call is brief and informal. No testing or quizzing is required. Signed forms will be sent within 2-3 business days after our phone call.  

Proof of progress evaluations can and should be scheduled in advance, as spots fill up quickly! Your family will schedule a Sunday "due date" in May, June, or July to reserve for your document and form submission deadline. Parents will complete a provided online form and send in supporting documents that verify learning progress by 9pm on that date. Evaluation of the portfolio samples and letter writing takes one week from your completed submission. You will be emailed the signed letter pdf along with teaching credentials, in time to submit by the August 1st deadline. 

Portfolio evaluations in Washington state are quick and stress-free! You will schedule your child's quick phone call (only takes about 5-10 mins) and then start getting portfolio samples to me. You may email work samples, videos, pictures, and logs along with completing an online form that asks questions regarding learning, by 9 pm, the evening prior to our phone call. I will review independently and then call to chat with you and your student. 

Families in West Virginia may schedule their child's portfolio evaluation at anytime. You will complete an online evaluation form that I send out to confirmed families. This form will help assess progress in required areas.  In addition, I ask that parents send me a few supporting work samples, to include both pictures and videos. I will evaluate all provided documents to complete a written narrative that describes student progress. This takes approximately one week from the date you submit all of the required documents.
